Beaded Accessories Parties

A beaded accessory essentials party is designed for 11 years and above.

Guests will have the opportunity to make 3-4 pieces of beaded and jewelled items, with full instruction on how to plan, create and design each piece. These could be bookmarks, bag charms, keyrings and a silver necklace hanging charm. Choose from a variety of different styles, beads and charms, and learn how to use tools and equipment, add clasps and hanging beads and charms. This group is a lot more creative, often with the opportunity to create their own individual pieces, under full guidance.

You will also get thousands of beads and charms to choose from;

one and a half hours of assisted jewellery making;
a minimum of two pieces of jewellery to take home;
expert assistance;
pre-printed personalised certificates for each girl;
personalised organza bags with thank you cards;
the party girl receives an additional jewellery gift to cherish
pre-made beading wire and other jewellery findings;
free party invitations with all bookings (please mention you would like these suring the booking process)

Holding the dates you require

We will then contact you with available dates, and these dates will be held for a total of 5 days while you decide or find suitable venue hire. If you want to go ahead, you will need to confirm your date along with a small holding deposit of £50. Payment details will all be confirmed via email.

At this stage you will be asked to complete a booking form if you have not already completed an enquiry form.

Booking

The deposit of £50 required in order to secure the booking is unfortunately non-refundable. The outstanding balance will be due on the day. You can pay by direct transfer, cheque or cash.

Pure Poppy Parties are currently being held in within a 25 mile radius of Chobham in Surrey. A mileage charge is made for parties over 10 miles away – see above for prices.

Please contact us if you think you are over 25 miles away, as we may be able to accommodate you if there are no other bookings that day.

In the unlikely event we would need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund of all money paid will be given, and the opportunity to reschedule.

Once you have booked

You can then decide if you would like to purchase any additional items such as printed party invitations or party bag items.

We will contact you approximately a week before the party to confirm all the details and requirements for the party, along with final payment details.
